Privacy notice
This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you send through the contact form on untech.ai. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
The controller of your details is untech.ai (Jeyadev Narayanan).
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- what you would like help with, in your own words
- how you heard about us, if you choose to tell us
- the date and time you sent it
The form has no tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
Only to read your enquiry and reply to you about it. Sending the form does not add you to our newsletter or any mailing list. We do not use your details for marketing or to train AI models.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and carries your message in transit. Its Turnstile check, which keeps out spam, processes technical signals to tell a person from a bot.
- Google stores your message in a private Google Sheet that only untech.ai can access.
Both may process data outside your country. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We do not keep your details for a fixed period. They stay in the sheet until we decide they are no longer needed, and we delete them whenever you ask.
Removal or a copy
To have your details deleted, corrected, or to get a copy of what we hold, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” and the email address you used on the form. Every request is passed to the person responsible within one working day and is never ignored. We’ll complete your request within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time by asking us to delete your details, using the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to your local data protection authority: the Data Protection Board of India, or your supervisory authority in the EU or UK.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
